Content Marketing Manager - Lucidpress

Location: Greater Salt Lake City, Utah

We're looking for smart, energetic, passionate, organized and competitive individuals to join the Lucidpress marketing team. Do you love branding and design? Do you enjoy working in a team environment? Then you might be the perfect person to join our team and contribute to the success of Lucidpress. 
As the Content Marketing Manager for Lucidpress, you will oversee all content marketing initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior. 
You and your team will be responsible for producing materials such as whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, landing pages, blog posts, and other web copy that convince individuals to purchase and use Lucidpress. You will be an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation, analytics and meaningful measurement.

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Responsible for content creation from beginning to end (research, writing, editing, coordination with design, publication, and analysis)
  • Developing and documenting the content marketing strategy, collaborating across functions to deliver an editorial plan to meet business objectives. This includes defining our content mission, setting clear content marketing objectives, and understanding how the organization’s content integrates with the rest of its business objectives. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.
  • Development of a functional content calendar/methodology to deliver consistent collateral inline with company voice/brand.
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to determine proper messaging and positioning of product to drive Business sales.
  • Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. This includes ensuring all content is on-brand; is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice; and is optimized for search and user experience across all appropriate channels.
  • Participating in the hiring and supervision of content marketers within Lucidpress and external to Lucidpress (freelancers), including managing the efforts of all team members, holding weekly 1:1s, and providing input on their work deliverables.


  • 4+ years managing and creating digital content
  • Demonstrated ability to define, document, and communicate a content marketing strategy
  • Experience creating B2B marketing content to generate leads
  • Proven ability to lead content teams, producing consistent, relevant content
  • Analytically driven (Google Analytics, Kissmetrics), ability to define KPIs for content success, and effectively track published content to results
  • Thorough knowledge of core marketing principles
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize a number of concurrent projects under tight time pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or another relevant field
