Commissions Analyst


  • Manage compensation plans and quotas, and execute commission calculations for sales and customer success teams
  • Communicate details of compensation plans, quotas, and promotional paths to sales reps and leaders
  • Refine reporting process to aid sales leaders in monitoring rep performance towards goals
  • Drive compensation strategy to incentivize desired behaviors and results
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and reporting on sales and customer success performance
  • Create and manage sales and customer success budgets for items including incentives, travel, etc.


  • - BS/BA degree required, finance/accounting degree a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong people skills to build relationships with our sales reps and leaders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for exceeding expectations- Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
  • Highly effective problem solving skills with a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results
  • Can easily thrive working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
