Revenue Operations Senior Analyst, EMEA

Location: Amsterdam

As part of the Revenue Operations team, the Revenue Operations Senior Analyst, EMEA, will partner with US and Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) sales and customer leadership to define business revenue and go-to-market strategy.  Diving into Marketing, Sales and Customer Success operational and systematic processes, you will work to drive increased efficiencies, cross-functional alignment, and ultimately ensure the success and growth of the business across the EMEA region.


  • Develop a fundamental awareness of all strategy, systems and processes employed by the Sales and Customer Success teams and ensure global process alignment 
  • Seek and define additional areas for business optimization to continually increase efficiencies within the EMEA organization
  • Gather, monitor, and analyze performance data, providing deep insights on where and how to improve revenue attainment through customer expansion and retention
  • Manage and build reporting dashboards across systems (e.g. Salesforce and Tableau) to help EMEA Sales and Customer Success representatives determine current pace and progress towards targets
  • Communicate, implement and conduct effective change management in line with the evolution and development of Lucid’s global business 
  • Assist with the development of quarterly and annual revenue forecasting to build headcount and quota expectations for steady business and organizational growth within the EMEA region
  • Analyze growth within EMEA business segments and territories to develop account management strategies and book composition
  • Maintain alignment across territories and regions for all accounts, opportunities, contacts and leads within Salesforce and accompanying sales acceleration tools
  • Evaluate current incentive structures and target attainment for EMEA Sales and Customer Success representatives, providing management guidance on promotional structures, quotas and compensation to spur continual development
  • Provide up-to-date reporting to the Lucid Executive team, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success management on the progress of the EMEA business to ensure visibility and transparency


  • Independent, highly motivated, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup type environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong bias for using data and statistics to inform decisions
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, marketing operations or similar functions
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, understand a wide array of systems, and meet deadlines
  • Experience building rapport with Sales and Customer Success teams, with a curious mindset to continuously seek to learn about the challenges teams face in the marketplace
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change
  • Highly effective problem-solving skills with a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
  • Native or Professional English Proficiency
  • Ability to work in the Netherlands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a revenue or sales operations role
  • Experience managing a team and communicating across multiple functions
  • Experience using, business intelligence software, and marketing automation software
