Customer Success Strategy and Operations Manager

Location: Greater Salt Lake City, Utah

At Lucid, we are creating the essential visual productivity platform that helps anyone understand and share ideas, information, and processes with clarity. We are looking for a smart, energetic, analytical, passionate, and organized individual to join our sales strategy & operations team. Our sales organization is growing rapidly and we need someone who can help us determine both how we can scale our business efficiently and execute on that plan.

  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to define customer engagement strategy
  • Utilize existing dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to pinpoint areas of inefficiency or untapped opportunity across teams, territories, geographies, or product lines
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and other departments to drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment
  • Help build out and drive deeper insight into contributing factors that drive customers to renew and expand.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual forecasting and strategic planning


  • Independent, highly motivated, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup type environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong bias for using data and statistics to inform decisions
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, or similar functions
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience building rapport with internal customers and curious mindset to continuously seek to learn about the challenges and insights faced by customer success teams today 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change
  • Highly effective problem solving skills, a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in customer success or revenue operations role
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience using, Gainsight, business intelligence software, and marketing automation software
