Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Greater Salt Lake City, Utah

Lucid is seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our accounting team. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across Lucid. We have optimized many of our accounting processes and systems but we still have a lot of work to do, especially after opening offices in The Netherlands and Australia. We are looking for a high performing individual who can work in many systems, process a high volume of transactions, and collect like a pro. We want our customers to look forward to hearing from you. Responsibilities:

  • Record and apply payments in Recurly and trace to Netsuite
  • Reconcile customer balances between Recurly and Netsuite
  • Identify and resolve all accounts receivable discrepancies
  • Become subject matter expert in Recurly and Netsuite
  • Work collaboratively with our energetic sales team that closes deals all day, every day
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and requests, in a timely manner
  • Make collection on past due invoices a bonding experience with our customers
  • Assist Deal Desk, Legal, and Customer Success teams to maintain and onboard new customers
  • Provide weekly reporting on AR aging, days sales outstanding, details on overdue balances and other KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to collect crazy amounts of cash!Excel proficiency
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies with an ability to understand new technical concepts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with zeal for taking ownership
  • Strategic thinker who operates with extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, with little direction
  • Out-of-the box thinker
  • Motivation for excellence and exceeding expectations
  • Passionate about teamwork with an optimistic outlook
  • Responsive, customer service approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
