As Lucidchart is poised to continue incredible growth into 2018, Sales Enablement is tasked with ensuring the sales productivity and customer care of our growing salesforce and Customer Success Teams and ensure we are continually improving and that every new customer facing Lucidite is set up for success from day 1.
To achieve this aim, the team is involved in all aspects of sales strategy, enablement, research, training, onboarding, and performance analysis and improvement. The success or failure of this team - and this role- is measured in millions of dollars meaning it is highly valued by and visible to both the executive team and the board of directors.
To accomplish our incredibly aggressive goals for 2018 and beyond, the team needs to add a dynamic Sales Training & Enablement leader.
This role will focus on coaching and training in both 1:1 and group settings. This candidate should have a strong grasp and understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, but additionally be an experienced expert in closing interactions and negotiation activities and strategies. You will be working specifically with our Account Executive teams in all segments, focused on up-leveling our sales teams ability to work large deals and navigate increasingly complex deal cycles to ensure that each of them is empowered to succeed. Additionally this candidate must be an aggressive and effective collaborator as they act as a liaison between sales and many other internal organizations to obtain and disseminate knowledge.

A day in the life is rarely the same, moving from training new hires to diving deep into process optimization to assessing performance gaps and developing custom remedies to ensure everyone in a sales role at Lucid is successful. Taking the role to the next level includes influencing the global sales motions of one of the most reputable sales forces in the world and definitively increasing global sales productivity and dramatically increasing new hire time to value. You will be responsible for training, matching and measuring certification to KPIs and ensure correlation to improvement, and developing custom content for most common deficiencies. You will also work with Content team to: keep all live training content up to date, keep LMS training up to date and coordinated with live training changes, administration of certification process to current employees, work with leadership to ensure appropriate levels of certification, ensure continued improvement existing rep certification, and determine exempt status for certifications Your primary goals are: 1) increasing sales productivity, 2) Reducing time to value of all new Sales Reps, 3) maintain exceptional NPS from trainees and managers.
