Responsibilities

  • Explore the data to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization
  • Analyze user behavior in order to enhance our understanding of customers and find insights that can help us improve our products
  • Track, analyze, and provide conclusions on A/B experiments
  • Support strategic initiatives throughout the company with data analysis and insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help leadership understand performance and quickly diagnose issues
  • Answer questions about various aspects of business performance as they arise
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative field
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Basic understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of data analysis experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Programming for data analysis using R, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and A/B experimentation
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Can relate to Lucid Software's products and culture
  • Can easily thrive working in a fast-paced startup environment
