Director of Revenue Operations

Location: Greater Salt Lake City, Utah

At Lucid, we are creating the essential visual productivity platform that helps anyone understand and share ideas, information, and processes with clarity. We are looking for an individual to manage the overall strategy, execution, and transactional management of Lucid’s revenue operations. This individual will be critical as we continue to scale  by supporting our revenue teams in Deal Structuring, Deal Management, Order Management, Renewals, and Reseller Operations. This individual will work closely with Legal, Finance and other operational teams to drive ongoing change management, automation, and process improvements to drive efficiency improvements. 
This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, and will work closely with our COO, SVP of sales, and SVP of finance, and sales leadership, leading the change required to support our business objectives and managing our day to day operations.

  • Directly involved / leading the most complex deal structuring transactions with our sales leaders, by providing advisory and support
  • Lead daily quote approval process, non-standard deal requirements and deal review cycle
  • Drive ongoing pricing and deal structures for existing products as well as a growing portfolio of new products / add-ons
  • Develop comprehensive KPIs to track the team’s success
  • Build and scale a new reseller operations and renewals programs at Lucid in conjunction with cross-functional teams 


  • Expertise in deal structuring, deal management, order operations, and pricing
  • Experience in systems change management, and running / scaling a deal desk and order management teams worldwide 
  • Experience working in salesforce and a systematic quoting tool (e.g. CPQ) 
  • Proven experience managing teams, leading a deal desk, and managing the change process with other functions
  • Deep understanding around the core requirements for deal structuring, pricing, revenue recognition, and contract. Proven experience in managing tight relationships across RevRec, FP&A and Legal/Contracts, to drive transactions, and change
  • Ability to partner with field leaders, with respective account teams, on transactions, but also understanding their needs, and driving change to achieve improvements in deal flow, and other areas of Commercial Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar position in a SaaS or Cloud organization
  • Experience implementing a new quoting system
