As a Manager on Lucid’s Strategy & Analytics team, you will help answer critical business questions and find insights that drive decision-making. This role requires a unique blend of skills - outstanding strategic thinking, superb technical ability, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent leadership and communication.
The Strategy & Analytics team supports diverse groups across the business, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Business Development. Some of our team’s past projects include creating a health score to identify at-risk accounts, identifying opportunities to accelerate product adoption at enterprise companies, formulating a strategy for web and mobile users, finding ways to increase collaboration and virality of the product, devising and implementing a “North Star” metric that represents users getting core value from our product, building a dashboard to allow sales reps to target high-potential accounts, and calculating the lifetime value of users to inform AB test and advertising ROI.
In this specific role, you will work with our Lucidchart Sales and Customer Success organizations, managing a team of analysts that supports those groups. Lucidchart is a leading web-based visual productivity application with over 25 million users. Users love our product (high NPS) and use it to do everything from org charts, technical architecture diagrams, and process flows to simple virtual whiteboards. As Lucidchart becomes a standard enterprise solution in countries all around the world, our Sales and Customer Success team are in turn scaling in their size and the maturity of their operations. Given the rapid change and the need for data to make strategic decisions, improve systems, and enable these teams, you will make a significant impact in this role.
