    With more than five million users between our two products - Lucidchart and Lucidpress – we are looking to find a Senior Accountant to join our team and grow with us. We are looking for a high performing individual that has a strong ability to multi-task and take responsibility for all financial and accounting related items. A successful Senior Accountant will be organized with the various day-to-day responsibilities as well take responsibility for the various tax, audit, and other general accounting deadlines. Additionally, this role will require someone that is a strong communicator and has had experience leading teams.


      Responsible for month-end close of financials, including:

    • Conversion of cash to accrual accounting
    • Prepare month-end reports for management
    • Prepare reports for select investors on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as Board meetings
    • Capable of tracking financial metrics that will help provide snapshots of the Company to include in these reports

    • Daily cash management, including:

    • Reconciliation of all cash accounts
    • Managing cash balances to ensure proper balances are in place

    • Manage revenue and receivables, including:

    • Input new invoices into accounting software
    • Track outstanding receivables and communicate with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
    • Calculate deferred revenue on a monthly basis for accrual financials

    • Manage accounts payable and expenses, including:

    • Input expenses from credit cards, banks, etc., into accounting software
    • Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner
    • Approve spending for department team members

    • Responsible for ensuring taxes are properly prepared and filed timely, including:

    • Monthly sales and use tax
    • Annual tax provision, in coordination with auditors and tax accountants

    • 2+ years of post-graduate experience is required
