    This role is responsible for creating sales & marketing materials like whitepapers, case studies, e-books, landing pages, blog posts, and other web copy that convince businesses and schools to purchase Lucidpress. Focus of role will be on content and copy (we have a design team who can do web layouts, support with graphics, etc). It will report to the Product Marketing Manager of Lucidpress.

        DevOps Engineer

        At Lucid Software, we build killer graphical web applications that require highly available, secure, and scalable services. Lucidchart and Lucidpress run with various decoupled services in a Linux environment using Scala, Play, AWS, and MySQL.         Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

        Support the accounting/finance team through the following:

        • Manage accounts receivable and cash collection, including processing credit card payments.
        • Manage and develop key reports relating to accounts receivable
        • Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

        Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

        • Partner with managers to forecast and plan key staffing initiatives for resourcing the evolving needs of our company and identify, attract, and retain the best talent in our organization.
        • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent across multiple functions within the organization.
        • Manage the full cycle staffing process to meet the various resourcing goals across all levels and multiple departments.
        • Create and implement a recruiting plan to attract passive jobseekers. Design creative staffing initiatives that align with the company's purpose and core values.
        • Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal management staff and external networks to provide the talent we need to contribute to the growth of the company.
        • Partner with managers and interviewing teams to ensure job descriptions are completed for each role within the organization, that job requirements are clearly defined, and that interviewing teams are trained and have clarity on their roles within the interviewing process.
        • Track and record key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
        • Continue to streamline the recruiting process for increasing efficiencies through regular follow-up and communication with hiring managers and potential candidates.
        • Participate in community- and industry-related networking events to build the reputation of Lucid Software.
        • Maintain the career page of the company website.
        • Assist in development of new hire and on-boarding processes.
        • Other employee experience related duties as assigned by the Head of People Operations.

        Requirements

        • Experience in staffing/ recruiting. Strong capabilities in staffing all levels of an organization. Recruiting for high-tech industries is strongly preferred.
        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
        • Clear understanding and experience in the full staffing lifecycle.
        • Strategic outlook for long-term hiring and retaining key talent.
        • Strong vendor management capabilities regarding coordination with staffing firms and job boards.
        • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word and Excel.
        • Experience with JobVite a plus.
        • Knowledge of and experience in HR programs and practices is preferred.

        Customer Success Associate (Lucidchart)

        Lucid Software is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage a set of existing and new customer accounts in order to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention within your accounts. In this role you will use a mix of mass communication (emails and webinars) and one-on-one engagements in order to help empower your customers to be successful with Lucidchart.

        You will serve as a primary point of contact for your assigned customers, address questions, help customers identify solutions and improvements, and over time serve as a trusted Lucidchart advisor.
